During my time at Reputation, I managed an Enterprise portfolio with a cumulative ARR of £1.5m. Some of my clients included; Inchcape, Pendragon, Kia, Furniture Village and Bensons for Beds. I achieved a 100% renewal rate and set up significant upsell opportunities
Although my time at Reputation was short, I managed to introduce new processes and initiatives such as; internal cross-functional project management process, technical audit strategies and 'guest speaker' sharing sessions.
Working for a US, 700 + employee , company I certainly learnt a lot and gained valuable experience across multiple disciplines.

I was at Headstart for 5 years during which time I developed excellent client relationships and expanded the company portfolio. Clients fed back that I am reliable, an excellent communicator and possess expert product knowledge. They told me that they appreciate my ability to adapt easily to their range of product propositions. They valued the strong leadership I brought to the client relationship and were been impressed by my ability to lead the customer success team, encouraging a growth mindset.

While at Headstart, I implemented the Customer Success strategy to enable the team to take ownership of the entire life cycle of projects. I worked closely with different functional areas to establish internal business processes with the common goal of delivering value, excellence and efficiency. I highly value the company culture which is centred around autonomy, innovation, creativity and fun.

Office space for the start-up community.
Emerging from a corporate world, this was my first job in the start-up community. During my time at Ministry of Startups, I formed great relationships with the tenants, implemented some cool ideas and created a rich community. This all contributed to an increase in client retention of 35% over two years. I implemented marketing strategies and campaigns that attracted and secured three anchor tenants which raised the company profile, generated significant revenue and provided stability. I also helped expand the footprint of the company by identifying and negotiating a new acquisition in London.

It was a great experience to be surrounded by innovators and entrepreneurs. I enjoyed being part of a small but strong team, whom I can now call friends for life.

I had the opportunity to travel the world, form excellent relationships with some incredible VIPs and learn about a variety of industries including, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Online Gaming and Gas Contracts. I also generated new topical ideas and implemented marketing strategies. I project managed each conference, adapting my leadership style and communication to procure the best results from each team.

I am proud to have exceeded sponsorship expectations and raised revenue targets by 20%, and was glad to be awarded employee of the month.

I was fearless and set up my own business in 2013.

I am proud to have built the business from the ground up culminating in building a professional e-commerce website, managing a dynamic and diverse team, acquiring premises in Shoreditch and organically ranking first and second on page 1 of Google search results.

I have met and dressed some incredible people, helped people be 'part' of a special day and also provided an efficient and friendly B2B service to high-profile clients such as TOWIE, ITV and the Royal Family.

I undertook my marketing course at Southampton University as a part-time evening course. It was interesting to learn the basics of marketing concepts and strategies. The knowledge gained and skills I learnt have proven to be very valuable throughout my career.

LPC – DISTINCTION
I undertook my Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. The LPC prepared me for my training contract. I thoroughly enjoyed putting what I learnt in my degree into practice. I excelled at finding solutions and research. I also provided support by mentoring other students.

LLB (HONS) LAW – 2 :1
I undertook my Law degree at Brunel University. It was a sandwich course with a one-year work placement. My placements were at a leading private practice firm and a Local Authority. My degree was enjoyable, hard work and taught me some valuable life lessons.
